We want all our customers to enjoy their fireworks safely and with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

1. Proof of Purchase

• The product must have been purchased directly from one of our official shops:
  1. All Sorts Fireworks
  2. Mr. Magic Fireworks
  3. Sky High Fireworks – Prescott
  4. Sky High Fireworks – Chorley
• A valid receipt from the time of purchase must be presented.

2. Proof of Use

• The firework(s) in question must be filmed during use so that we have clear proof of the product’s performance.
• The video must show the firework being lit and used in full.

3. Timeframe for Claim

• Any claim under this guarantee must be made within 48 hours of setting off the firework(s).
• Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Submit a Claim

You may submit your claim by:

• Visiting any of the above shops in person, OR
• Contacting us via our official Facebook page, OR
• Contacting us by phone and then sending the required proof (receipt and video) to us.

5. Conditions for Refund

• The claim will only be processed if all the above requirements (proof of purchase, receipt, video evidence, and timeframe) are met.
• Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.
• We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet the requirements.

6. General Terms

• This guarantee applies only to fireworks purchased from the shops listed above.
• This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
