All fireworks we sell conform to CE REGISTRATION:2806 and are
supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the
manufacturer’s instructions.
Goods will usually be dispatched within 5 to 7 days, please allow enough time before your event for delivery. A local delivery courier will be delivering the fireworks. They will call to arrange a convenient time for delivery. They deliver 7 days a week 9 am to 5 pm. There will be a small surcharge for weekend deliveries. Please make sure someone 18 or over is able to receive and sign for the delivery as failed deliveries will incur extra charges.
Any
damage must be reported within 24hrs of delivery by calling 0151 430 6060.

Please
check all the packages on delivery and note any damage or shortages on the
delivery note before signing.
Claims for shortages must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of your
goods. Do
not wait until the day of your event/display to check your order. Full
payment is required before orders are dispatched.
We
make every effort to complete orders in full but at peak times stock levels are
not checked daily as such sometimes we sell out of products and don’t have time
to change the website quickly enough. In this circumstance, we will offer a
replacement of the same value or more. If this does happen we will call before
adding a different firework.
No
consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted in
any circumstances.
Prices
are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior
notification.
Where applicable we comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)
Regulations 2000. We offer a 7-day cancellation period from the date of
delivery to you.
If
for any reason you wish to cancel your order you must notify Online Firework
Shop in writing.

Fireworks
are hazardous goods and as such can only be returned by ourselves or a specialized
carrier. When written confirmation of cancellation has been received we will
notify you of how and when the fireworks will be collected. We will also advise
you of any charges that will be due for the collection. These fees will be
retained from the refund.
If your total order of fireworks contains more than 50kg net powder weight.
Online Firework Shop is required to obtain the Name And Address, date of supply, and any other details of persons if you intend to forward the fireworks on.
This is due to The Firework Regulations 2004. Online Firework Shop will be
unable to supply your fireworks without this information, and it is an offense
to supply information that you know to be false or incorrect.
Refund Policy
We
only offer refunds for faulty fireworks that have been used in accordance with
their written instructions. Refunds or exchanges will only be given once Online
Firework Shop has the firework back (unless instructed otherwise ) for us to
investigate the problem.
All
carriage cost is non-refundable, including the collection of returning
fireworks.
All
refunds will be made the way payment was taken to purchase the fireworks.
Purchasers
MUST be 18 years of age or over. With no exceptions at all.
